Noodle options include vegetable teppanyaki and shrimp or chicken teppanyaki. Hibachi or teriyaki are served with Japanese fried rice and a vegetable, with meal choices of chicken, steak, scallops, shrimp, or tofu. The dessert menu features mochi rice cake, ice cream, and bomba cake. Customers can order online for takeout or delivery. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. on Sunday. Sakura Japanese Steak House is part of a larger chain with locations in Maryland, Virginia, and California, in addition to the two in New Jersey. But here's where it gets controversial...
